To Our Former Patients at The Connecticut Center for ADHD…

Welcome back! We have missed you.

If you were a patient of ours at The Connecticut Center for ADHD in 2020, then this letter is for you.

The last year has been difficult for all of us. We were fortunate enough to be able to work with you for part of the year, but no one could have foreseen the closing of our old practice. Now that we have set up ADHD Warriors of CT, we want to give you a chance to continue your ADHD care in a way that suits you.

In this practice, we are offering more personal care than we could at the ADHD Center. We have designed a coaching program that meets monthly and combines therapy, medication management, and ADHD coaching together.

However, we know that not everyone from our old practice will be interested in doing this program. So we are happy to extend to you the offer to opt-in to more traditional ADHD care if that suits you better.

For our standard medication management track, we will meet bimonthly to check in with you and make any medication adjustments as needed. These visits will look and feel like our old visits at the ADHD Center. We can also see family members of former patients (e.g. siblings) if you choose.

If you’d like to opt-in to our full experience coaching program, you absolutely can. As a perk of being a former patient of ours, you will always have the privilege to switch back to the standard medication management track if you decide that a more comprehensive program isn’t for you.

Please see the buttons below to select which provider you’d like to schedule with, and we will be on our way.

We can’t wait to see you again!

Timeline for eligible patients:

We will be welcoming previous ADHD Center patients who were seen in 2020 with just a transfer of records until March 31, 2022.

From March 31, 2022 to December 31, 2022, we will still accept former patients seen in 2020 at The Connecticut Center for ADHD. However, the patient will need to complete an assessment for our practice first.

After December 31, 2022 any former patients from The Connecticut Center for ADHD seen in 2020 will be viewed as a new patient to our practice.

Any former patients from The Connecticut Center for ADHD not seen in 2020 will also be considered a new patient to our practice.

Only previous patients from The Connecticut Center for ADHD who were seen at that location in 2020 and who have contacted us prior to January 1, 2023 will have the option for medication management only. All other patients must enroll in our ADHD Coaching program to receive medication management.
